It is my great honor to have been elected as the Horizontal Technical Cooperation Group (GCTH), which represents a democratic and participatory where it is shown that States through their governments can work together with the organized networks Civil society, in terms of sharing experiences for decision making on relevant aspects of the response of the countries in the fight against VIH / SIDA, especially in our region, where we lived over 560 million people.
